Supporting and advising prospects and customers via phone and online on our software solutions.
Driving new international business while effectively managing existing customer accounts.
Preparing tailored offers, clarifying commercial and technical details for Italy and EU markets, and ensuring precise price calculations.
Generating and managing the lead pipeline, including lead qualification and nurturing potential customers.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships while actively monitoring market trends.
Documenting key sales activities and customer interactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Commercial or (electro-)technical education or an equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in international sales, ideally in B2B software solutions.
Strong expertise in price calculation, offer preparation, and contract negotiations.
Solid commercial acumen, particularly in sales and business development.
Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), with a strong IT affinity.
Open, communicative, and customer-oriented personality, combined with strong negotiation skills.
Fluency in both English (C1) and Italian (C1), both spoken and written.
