Inside Sales Representative UK - Birmingham area

What awaits you – Your responsibilities:
  • Qualify and generate new sales leads through various channels including cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Support the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience alongside the NSM.
  • Create offers, process orders, and set appointments for the NSM while supporting with admin tasks.
  • Engage in trade fairs, road shows, and in-house exhibitions to represent the company.
  • Maintain accurate records through CRM tools, and provide weekly, monthly, and yearly sales activity reports.
What we expect – Your qualifications:
  • Fluent English speaker, additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven sales experience with an understanding of the local industrial market.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical CAD systems (bonus skill), with familiarity in electrotechnical concepts and passion for technology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
