What awaits you – Your responsibilities:

Supporting and advising prospects and customers via phone or online regarding our software
Generating new international business and managing existing customer accounts
Preparing offers, clarifying commercial and technical details (including for EU countries), and performing price calculations
Generating and managing the lead pipeline, including lead qualification
Maintaining customer relationships and monitoring the market
Documenting relevant sales information in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Collaborating with Inside Sales, Field Sales, Consulting, and Marketing teams

What we expect – Your qualifications:

Commercial or (electro-)technical education or equivalent qualification
Experience in international sales, ideally with software solutions in a B2B environment
Experience in price calculation, preparing offers, and negotiations
Strong commercial knowledge, especially in sales
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), and a strong IT affinity
Open, friendly, communicative nature, and strong negotiation skills
Required: C1 level English and B2 level German, both spoken and written
